Copyright Royalty Board Sets Music Webcaster Rates for 2011-15
The Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) issued its recommendation for the royalty rates that webcasters will pay for streaming music for years 2011 through 2015. The suggested rates are $0.0019 per performance in 2011, $0.0021 per performance in 2012 and 2013, and $0.0023 in 2014-15.
